Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application as it lies outside of our district boundaries.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.

The parcel located at 3244 W. Salix Drive is in close proximity to Pioneer Irrigation
District's Phyllis canal. Pioneer wants to ensure that all irrigation easements along the
Phyllis canal remain intact.
