I �- / 17 YS BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, CAVENER, MILAM, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, APPOINTING RYAN FITZGERALD TO SEAT 2 AND GREGORY WILSON TO SEAT 4 OF THE MERIDIAN PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Meridian City Code Title 2, Chapter 4 established the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission, its members and terms of their appointments; and and WHEREAS, Seat 2 and Seat 4 of the Planning and Zoning Commission are currently vacant; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems the appointment of Ryan Fitzgerald to Seat 2 and the appointment of Gregory Wilson to Seat 4 of the Planning & Zoning Commission to be in the best interest of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission and of the City of Meridian; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-4-1, Ryan Fitzgerald is hereby appointed to Seat 2 and Gregory Wilson is hereby appointed to Seat 4 of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission, for terms to expire January 31, 2021. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
