McMillan Road. ITD has the following comments: 1) ITD has no objection to the requested application. The project does not generate any more trips than anticipated under the Comprehensive Plan and this site does not require access to the State Highway System. 2) The applicants should conform to the ACHD requirements for any changes to the US 20-26 intersection with Black Cat Road. 3) ITD has a conceptual plan for the extension of SH -16 south from US 20-26 and Interstate 84. This plan is neither funded nor scheduled but the Jump Creek Subdivision plan appears to conform with the potential development. If you have any questions, you may contact me directly at 332-7191.
