Dear Sirs:
The following are our concerns regarding the proposed applications AZ -34-016 by
Blossom 1, LLC, file #i PP -14-018 for annexation and zoning:
* The proposal states the plan is to put 31 lots on 10.37 acres, when in reality it
is 8.17 acres, since The Allen residence has kept 2.2 acres for their home and
shop.
* The proposed lots are a lot smaller as compared to the neighboring
subdivisions of Kingsbridge and Napoli. It's important to have consistency in
these lot sizes.
* We cannot get definitive answers on the irrigation system, pumping station
or the tiling of the ditches
• There is no survey marker on the northwest corner of phase 2
These issues need to be addressed and clarified.
