On behalf of the applicant, I am writing to request that the abovereferenced applications associated with the Southridge
Estates Subdivision - which are scheduled to be heard on January 15, 2015 - be tabled until the next upcoming Planning
& Zoning Commission hearing. We are requesting this additional time to complete the preparation of the supplementary
application materials — particularly architectural guidelines —which were requested in our previous meeting with the
Commission.
I understand that this next hearing date would be February 5, 2015. Please advise if that is not correct.
