In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11 SA -50, I
personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted on Dec 5. 2014, which is
at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled public hearing for Planning and Zoning for the Tri al
Fire Rolling Hills Subdivision.
I have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this affidavit. The
sign(s) will be removed no later than three (3) days after the public hearing.
