A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday,
November 18, 2014, by Councilman Rountree.
Members Present: Genesis Milam, David Zaremba, Luke Cavener, Charlie Rountree
and Keith Bird.
Absent: Mayor Tammy de Weerd and Joe Borton
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jaycee Holman.

Roll call.

Rountree: Okay. I will go ahead and start this evening's meeting. For the record it is
Tuesday, November 18th. I will start with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
Rountree: Item No. 3 is adoption of the agenda.
Bird: I move we adopt the agenda.
Milam: Second.
Rountree: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as stated. All those in
favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(c).
Zaremba: Second.
Rountree: A motion and a second to go into Executive Session, roll call vote.
Roll Call Vote: Milam, aye; Bird, aye; Cavener, aye; Zaremba, aye.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
