The overall number of buildable lots has not changed and the qualified open space has increased from 15% to 161/6. A summary of the changes is listed below: • The Lachlan Boulevard access via Eagle Road has been removed and a common lot which will contain a pathway and a temporary emergency access road has been provided further to the north; • The stub street at the north boundary has shifted to the west; • E. Highlander Drive now stubs to the north as recommended by Staff/Commission & ACRD, and the configuration of the future school lot and surrounding area has changed; • A new stub street (E. La Grange Street) has been added to the east; • A pedestrian pathway has been provided to Eagle Road south of Taconic Drive, as recommended by Staff/Commission; • Where S. Newbridge Avenue '7'd" into a large open space area, a planter island is now shown that splits traffic for traffic calming but allows the collector street to continue as requested by ACHD; • The mieropath connection on the east side of the creek to the multi -use pathway has been shifted to the south and now provides a connection from two different streets; A pedestrian pathway has been added to E.
