RE: FP 14-040 SCENTSY COMMONS SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced materials for a final
plat application for the Scentsy Commons Subdivision west of SH -55 (Eagle Road) between
Pine Ave. and Commercial St. ITD has the following review comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and requires no mitigation. The project does
not require a new access to the state highway system and does not generate any more
trips than the original concept plan.
2. The applicants should be aware that ITD has an access management plan for SH -55
(Eagle Road) and no additional access will be approved.
If you have any questions, you may contact Shona Cheever at 334-8341 or me at 332-7191.
Sincerely,
James K. Morrison
