Hi Sonya,
I spoke with Sam Johnson regarding the conditions of approval for the Scentsy Commons final plat. We are
generally comfortable with the conditions, however we still need to 1) review a couple of items with our
engineer and 2) understand the timing of implementation to some of the conditions as well.
With this in mind, you requested that we respond to you with any comments that we have to the staff report by
3pm today. As we received the final, revised copy of the report earlier this morning, we are sorry that we are
unable to provide a final response by the deadline you requested. As such, we will continue to work through the
few questions that we have and will provide a formal response to you as soon as we can. We will plan on
attending the City Council meeting next Tuesday to address the Council, if necessary.
