ACNW Properties, LLC owns and operates the property at 1471 E. Commercial Dr. Meridian ID 83642
We plan to utilize our existing rear warehouse space for recreational sports activities. It will house two
elementary sized basketball courts for multi -sport use that can be utilized for individual and/or team
needs. Team practices may consist of 12-15 players.
Athletic activities will be between the hours of 5:15pm and 10:OOpm Monday thru Friday evenings and
as needed during the weekends. Typically, parents drop off players for practice or training.
We are requesting a conditional use permit for as the building is now for recreational use, as well as
future construction expansion of existing rear building for additional space needed. Our plan is to have
two phase for this project. See below.
Phase 1:
Acquire conditional use permit as soon as possible for recreational usage designation of existing facility
as it is today.
Phase 2:
Shall construct expansion of existing, rear warehouse by approximately 5880 sq/ft of additional space.
This shall expand the existing building to be approximately 13,300 sq/ft. This shall allow us to
accommodate more organizations and offer more opportunities for our youth to stay active. Please see
attached for proposed build -out plan.
Meridian United Sports Center Academy, All Pro Baseball and others shall have the opportunity to utilize
this space immediately for their youth training programs. We will market the availability of this space to
as many organizations as feasible. This use will provide needed opportunities for the youth of Meridian
to have a safe place to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Gym space is extremely limited or unavailable
in our city and this will allow sports to grow in our community and to expand program offerings.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
