In accord with UDC 11 -6B -8C.2, the applicant or owner shall have one year to complete the following tasks:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as
approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and
d. Provide a copy of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to
the Director.
Upon determination by the Director that the final property boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC
11-613-8, a letter of approval will be issued. If you should have any further questions regarding this matter,

Re: Parcel Boundary Adjustment Narrative Lots 22 & 23, Block 3 of Alexandria Subdivision.
City of Meridian Staff:
On behalf of the applicant, as his agent, we are pleased to present the City with an application to
adjust the property line between lots 21& 22 Block 3 of Alexandria Subdivision. The property
which comprises Lot 22 & 23 was consolidated into a Parcel "A" pursuant to Record of Survey
9660; attached with this application.
When the building was being constructed on Parcel "A" it was found that the neighboring
building had been incorrectly oriented on Lot 23. The purpose of the property boundary
adjustment request is to simply adjust the lot line to accommodate this oversight and allow both
existing buildings to reside in their current condition within required setbacks.
The adjustment does not create, nor further a non -conformity but rather, seeks to rectify one. The
adjustment of the land will allow the existing buildings to reside within the appropriate set -backs
for the zone.
Please consider this a formal request for approval of the parcel boundary adjustment.
