Dear Mayor and Council, I am concerned about the
development planned down the street from my
home on Jericho for October 21. This meeting is to
discuss an extension on the timeline for this
development. I am apposed to this project for a
number of reasons including that it does not fit in
with the neighborhood. It is not what was originally
proposed. It will have a negative affect on my
property value and, concidering the surge of growth
within City limits, it is apparent that there is a lack
of infrastructure in place to continue to expand at
this pace. Example, traffic, schools, wastewater and
potable water, all of which has either been a cauce
to raise rates, restrict use and or added bond
measures to support them. I will be having spine
surgery on October 21 st and hope to have my voice
heard on this matter. Is there anyway to ensure my
thoughts are shared as I will not be able to attend
