NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the premises,the City of Meridian does hereby release and abandon the portion of the rights and easements legally described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B,with the intent that the same shall forthwith cease and be extinguished. This Partial Release shall have no effect on the remainder of the easements set forth in Ada County Instrument Number 105099501.
