Attached are the Planning Et Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
Kinsley Subdivision rezone, combined preliminary/final plat, conditional use permit and development
agreement modification application (RZ-14-003, PFP-14-001, CUP -14-002 and MDA -14-004). These items are
scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on 10/07/14. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Tamara - Please submit any written response you may have to the recommendations in the report to the
