This Amendment is the final of four possible one year extensions. The amendment includes a 2% price increase per the Terms
& Conditions (Section 3.2) of the Agreement dated September 6, 2011. The Revised Payment Schedule is attached. This
amendment also includes the new WWTP Administration Building.

*This is the pricing for the new WWTP Administration building that is anticipated to be complete

Travel expenses will be paid at no more than the City of Meridian's Travel and
Expense Reimbursement Policy.
