Dear Commissioners and Council Members:
On behalf of Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust, please accept our request for preliminary plat of approval for Coleman
Subdivision. Coleman Subdivision is a proposed five lot commercial subdivision located at northwest comer of West McMillan
Road and North Ten Mile Road.
Coleman Subdivision is 26.16± acres in size and is currently zoned CG in the City of Meridian. The site is currently being
construction with all improvements including all sewer, water and storm drainage. As well as all paving and landscaping. The
design for the site was approved with CZC 13-047 (formerly known as the Ten Mile Wahnart).
The purpose of this preliminary plat application is now to make the approved building pads in CZC 13-047 into sellable building
lots.

Meridian City Code requires a meeting between the applicants of proposed applications to the
city and land owners within 300 feet of the proposed property this letter is notice of a meeting to
review and discuss a proposed Five (5) lot commercial subdivision at northwest corner of
