RE: Canterbury Commons Phase 1 -Final Plat Modification - Specifically Lot 02 - Block 01. Request to
relocate primary access point.
On behalf of my client, Corey Barton Homes Inc. I respectfully request support for a Final Plat Note
Modification which would allow Lot 02 - Block 01 of the Recorded Canterbury Commons Phase I to gain
access via the Private Drive rather than N. Clara Avenue as approved.
The attached Canterbury Commons Subdivision, Phase 1 Final Plat is complete and recorded in conformance
of the approved Preliminary Plat and Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Decision & Order.
It is understood that the City of Meridian Code allows for four (4) buildable lots to gain access off of one
singular Private Drive. Through Plan and Final Plat approvals the adjacent (to subject lot) Private Drive
serves only three Buildable Lots and the forth is an ACHD drainage/common lot. In an effort to ensure quality
and safety of the ultimate "End User/Home Owner" we request that this lot (Lot 02 - Block 01) be able to gain
access through the Private Drive.
I have, with this requested submitted the required Development Review Application, Final Plat Modification
Application Checklist and associated Attachments.

6 limited, and each purpose shall not be limited or restricted by reference to, or inference
7 from, the terms of any other clause or paragraph of these Articles. The foregoing shall be
8 construed as both objects and powers; the enumeration of the foregoing shall not be
