ITD has the following comments: 1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project. 2. State Highway 69 has sufficient capacity to accommodate site generated trips. All laterals and waste ways must be protected. The Ridenbaugh Canal has an easement of one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of centerline. This easement MUST be protected.
