The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced application for the
final plat of 13.9 acres of land for the Reflection Ridge Subdivision No. 4 south of Victory and
West of Locust Grove that is east of SH -69.
ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project.
2. State Highway 69 has sufficient capacity to accommodate site generated trips.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) currently has a Land Use Change Application
on file and will withhold further comment until finished with our review.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. The Ridenbaugh Canal has an easement of one
hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of centerline. This easement MUST be
protected.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the
site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) must review drainage plans.
