Please consider this letter our formai request to withdraw our application at this time for Conditional Use
Permit to allow -a 15,500 sq.ft. fitness facility to be constructed at 1722 N. Avest Lane in meridian Idaho.If
this project should gain traction again and funding becomes available, I will follow up with the Planning and
Zoning Department to understand the actions necessary to reactivate the Conditional Use Permit application
process.
