ITD has the following comments: 1) ITD has no objection with the proposed changes on this application. 2) The proposed location of the "Private Approach" meets Idaho Transportation Department Policies. 3) The applicant proposed a right-in/right-out operation. The Development across Chinden has a similar proposal. 4) The "Private Approach" should be placed so it does not coincide with the taper from two lanes to one on the West Bound Lane of Chinden. 5) When submitting for a permit to access Chinden, please include a copy of the City of Meridian variance that allowed the access to Chinden.
