PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, by easement dated July 13th, 2010 and recorded July 14, 2010 as Instrument Number 110064695 of the
records of Ada County, State of Idaho, Truce, LLC, granted to City of Meridian, an Idaho Municipal Corporation
(City), certain Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Easements across certain real property legally described and visually
depicted in said Instrument; and,
WHEREAS, subsequent to the recording of Instrument Number 110064695, the property has undergone an
ownership change and the location of a portion of the Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Easement is not needed and
interferes with the footprint of a planned improvement on the real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said City of Meridian does hereby release and abandon
the portion of the rights and easements legally described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B, with the intent that
the same shall forthwith cease and be extinguished. This Partial Release shall have no effect on the remainder of the
easements set forth in Instrument Number 110064695.

shown in Book 89 of Plats on Page 10414, records of Ada County, Idaho, and further located in
the NW % of the SW % of Section 11, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise MeridianAda
County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: ,
Commencing at a brass cap monument marking the northwest corner of said NW %4 of the SW
Y4, from which a brass cap monument marking the northeast corner of the SW % of said Section
11 bears S 89*11'20" E a distance of 2645.16 feet;
