RE: Connections Credit Union at Ten Mile (file #MCU -14-003)
Dear Commission,
Staff has been made aware that the applicant for the Connections Credit Union at Ten
Mile conditional use permit modification application failed to post property in accord with
the standards set forth in UDC 11 -5A -5B to be heard on the August 7, 2014, Commission
hearing. Staff is requesting the Commission continue this application to August 21, 2014,
so the applicant can post the property in accord with the UDC and update the sign with
the new hearing date.
