In accord with UDC 11 -6B -8C.2, the applicant or owner shall have one year to complete the following tasks:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as
approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and
d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to
the director.
Upon determination by the Director that the final property boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC

Project Narrative
James A. Kissler LLC hereby applies for a property boundary adjustment for Parcels Nos.
51116336520 and 51116336210 located in Section 16, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, B.M.
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. The parcels are owned by James A. Kissler, LLC (11.588 acres) and
Roger L. Anderson (9.015 acres). The property boundary adjustment is necessary for the future
design, construction and dedication of a commercial collector roadway in alignment with S.
Silverstone Way.
The properties were annexed as C -G (General Retail and Service Commercial District) into the City
of Meridian in approximately 1996. The properties are currently undeveloped with adjoining
commercial development (Silverstone) on the south side of Overland Road. Meridian utilities have
been extended to this area and are located adjacent to the subject site in Overland Road. An 8 -inch
sewer service was installed for future northerly extension into subject properties, aligning with S.
Silverstone Way. A 16 -inch water service was also installed in alignment with the future northern
extension of S. Silverstone Way. Overland Road is improved with 5 -lanes, vertical curb, gutter,
attached walks and bike lanes. A traffic signal was installed by the Silverstone development at
Overland Road and S. Silverstone Way. Installation of an additional traffic signal arm will be
required when the properties north of Overland Road develop.
The property boundary adjustment will incorporate a 1.168 acre area of the Roger L. Anderson
parcel within the Kissler parcel, allowing for the extension of utilities and installation of a public
street. The area between Interstate 84, Overland Road located east of Eagle Road will have the
opportunity to develop as originally planned in the 1990's. This will be the first step in facilitating
development of the area.
Adjustment of the parcel boundaries will not violate the dimensional standard of the C -G zone and
will not create any additional parcels.
The Record of Survey conforms with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and was prepared
in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local
standards.
