Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a current Land Use Change Application on
file and is in the early stages of our review. Therefore we will withhold further comment until
our review is finished.
Ridenbaugh Canal courses along the east boundary with an easement of one hundred feet
(100'); fifty feet (50) each side of centerline. This easement must be protected. Any
encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any
construction is started is unacceptable.
