Website: www.meridiancity.org 2 SpurWing Challenge Subdivision Easement and Partial Note Vacations Project Narrative The vacation is necessary to facilitate a property consolidation survey to combine the two lots for one single-family home. The plat was recorded in Book 105 of Plats at pages 14438-14442, Ada County, Idaho, and is located in Section 23, T4N., R.1 W., B.M., Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. The Club at SpurWing, LLC, requests vacation of the public utilities, irrigation and drainage easement between Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, of SpurWing Challenge Subdivision to allow a property consolidation survey and construction of one (1) single-family home over the existing lot line. Notes 7 and 8 of the plat are to be partially vacated/amended. A new, ten -foot -wide irrigation easement in favor of the homeowners' association will be established adjacent to the northern property line of Lot 3, Block 1, to accommodate the pressure irrigation lines. The request includes partial vacation of Notes 7 and 8 of the recorded plat, removing reference to Lot 3 and Lot 4, Block 1, from Note 7, and adding Lot 3 and Lot 4, Block 1, to the last sentence of Note 8. Note 7 shall be modified to read: "7) (10) Ten foot wide easements centered along the common lines between Lot 2 and Lot 3, Block 3 and Lot 3 and hot ", Bleek ' are hereby dedicated to the homeowner's association for irrigation purposes."
