know when the City Council hearing will be for Castle Creek?

As I shared with you today by phone, we had a few questions re: the staffs conditions of approval for this site. After I
discussed these with you this morning, I went back to my client and engineer to discus the various implications. Your
clarifications were very helpful.
We think we can make all the conditions of approval work for us. We agree to comply with condition 1.1.1.c regarding
the pathway across the canal to Amity as we think this can serve the public well.
The only condition that is still a bit concerning is condition #1.1.2.a regarding lot frontages. We agree that Lot 2 should
have at least 50 feet frontage, but due to the irregular shape of this property and with the curve of the road we are
hopeful that the City might allow Lot 3 to have reduced frontage. If not, we do not want this project delayed and will
agree to this condition as written as well. I am still discussing this with my client if we will even bring this up in the
hearing tonight.
With the exception of condition 1.1.2.a as referenced above, we agree with all other conditions of approval as written.
