There are no Project facilities located on the above-mentioned property; however it does
lie within close proximity to the Ridenbaugh Canal which is a Nampa- Meridian
Irrigation District facility.
Whereas this property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District, the developers of this
land must contact the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District office for any comments they may
have.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.

Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application. However.a Land Use Change Application will be required prior to platting.
The District's easement for the Ridenbaugh Canal at this location is a minimum of one
hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of centerline. This easement must be protected.
Absolutely NO excavating of subiacent suonort of the Ridenbaugh Canal! Anv
encroachment, without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any
construction is: started is unacceptable.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.
