However.a Land Use Change Application will be required prior to platting. The District's easement for the Ridenbaugh Canal at this location is a minimum of one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of centerline. This easement must be protected. Absolutely NO excavating of subiacent suonort of the Ridenbaugh Canal! Anv encroachment, without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is: started is unacceptable. All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site.
