Whereas this property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District, the developers of this land must contact the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District office for any comments they may have. Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement. However.a Land Use Change Application will be required prior to platting. The District's easement for the Ridenbaugh Canal at this location is a minimum of one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of centerline. This easement must be protected. Absolutely NO excavating of subiacent suonort of the Ridenbaugh Canal! Anv encroachment, without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is: started is unacceptable. All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site.
