Our concerns as outlined in our letters and emails to and discussions with you and with Regency still stand. The design of the complex and the building do not appear to contain corrections; and thus, we would object to the City of Meridian issuing a building permit in violation of City Code and of the Fair Housing Act. Please, notify us if we misunderstand and provide documentation of all changes to the current buildings as well as any further new construction and if the City intends to grant any further permits for development of Regency.
