The plan review by the Boise Project Board of Control does NOT release the applicant from any obligations or requirements which may be imposed by Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District and/or City of Meridian (impact area), as it pertains to pressure irrigation. The District's easement for the Ten Mile Drain at this location is a minimum' of one hundred feet (100'), fifty feet (50') each side of the centerline. This easement, must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site.
