The subject site lies south of W. McMillan Road and west of N. Black Cat Road. All structures will be removed in June 2014. North of the site is The Oaks South Subdivision No. 1; south of the site are future phases of The Oaks South; Oakcreek Subdivision No. 3 is east of the site; and west of the site is more property proposed as part of the overall development. The gross density of the final plat is 3.03 dwelling units per acre, with a net density of 3.72 dwelling units per acre. The minimum property size is 9,360 square feet, with an average lot size of 10,558 square feet. The preliminary plat was approved by the Meridian City Council on December 17, 2013.
