section bears North 89°11'30" West, 2656.46 feet;
Thence along the south boundary of the SE '/ of the NW '/ of said Section 14 North 89'11'30"
West, 98.74 feet;
Thence leaving said south boundary North 00°48'30" East, 172.47 feet to a point of curvature;
Thence 131.03 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 200.00
feet, a delta angle of 37'32'12", and a long chord bearing North 17°57'36" West, 128.70 feet to a point
of tangency;
Thence North 36143'42" West, 53.27 feet;
Thence South 89°11'30" East, 946.13 feet;
Thence North 00°34'59" East, 991.76 feet to a point on the north boundary of the SW '/ of the
