Thanks for letting us know about the revised hearing date of July 17a'. We are currently working with
ACHD and expect to meet with them this week to resolve the issues related to the mitigation plan. We
hope to have everything worked out with ACH to allow them to issue their staff report to you in time for
the July hearing.

At the request of AND, please continue the Victory Middle School application so that the applicant can submit a
complete mitigation plan for pedestrians within the walking boundary of the site in accord with AND policy and Idaho
Code. Staff recommends the subject applications are continued to the July 17th Commission hearing to allow adequate
time for the applicant to submit the requested plan.
