for the subject property.
In accord with UDC 11 -6B -8C.2, the applicant or owner shall have one year to complete the following tasks:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as
approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and
d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to
the director.
Upon determination by the Director that the final property boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC
11-613-8, a letter of approval will be issued. If you should have any further questions regarding this matter,

Subject: 528 E Idaho Lot line adjustment
Narrative
The plan is to adjust the lot line on 528 East Idaho to eliminate the encroachment of the structure on 534 E
idaho across the current lot line. The new lot line will begin at the front of the property and proceed on a
straight line in such a way as to eliminate the encroachment of the structure from 528 East Idaho's property
including the eve encroachment of that structure. The adjusted property line will continue to the rear of the
property in a continuance of that line.

528 & 534 Property Line Adjustment Narrative
Request adjustment of existing property lot line on 528 E Idaho, Meridian, Idaho 83642. Currently, the
house located on 534 E. Idaho is positioned across the 528 E . Idaho, lot line causing a gross
encroachment. To cure this encroachment, for transfer of ownership, the owner of 528 E. Idaho is
requesting a lot line adjustment.
Per Christy at the City of Meridian, the adjustment will basically cut the outline of the encroaching house
including the eaves, from the 528 E Idaho property, leaving intact the front and back widths of both
properties.
