Attached are the Planning Et Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
Center Community MDA and preliminary plat application (MDA -14-006; PP -14-005). These items are
scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on 05/21/14. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or a -mail with any questions.
