Subject: Saguaro Canyon
Dear Will,
Last night a neighborhood meeting was held for the neighbors of the proposed
Saguaro Canyon Subdivision, and unfortunately there are still many issues to
discuss and hopefully resolve before we appear back in front of the City
Council to request approval of the project. The neighbors would like to have
an additional neighborhood meeting prior to the next hearing for the
project, and we jointly concluded that the meeting could not be held and
changes made to the plat prior to the scheduled March 23rd hearing.
Therefore we are requesting that the continued hearing for the Saguaro
Canyon Project be continued again untilthe 13th of April.
The neighbors will be meeting on March 30th at 6pm and we hope to reach a
consensus or a conclusion with the neighboring property owners regarding the
issues related to the proposed subdivision. We will then have time to revise
the drawings and submit them to the city for review well before the 13th.
