We would like to request that consideration of the Saguaro Canyon
Subdivision that is scheduled for review on March 23, 2004 be postponed
for the following reasons.
The letter sent out, (by the developer), regarding a meeting to review
adjacent property owners concerns was sent out with the incorrect
~te• (The date that should have been listed was March 16, 2004,
The meeting date noted on the letter was March 23; 2004.) A copy of
this letter is included for your review.
2. The Laz'kwood Subdivision homeowners were not notified of the
March 16, 2004 meeting.
3. The property owners that are represented at the March 16, 2004
meeting are not confident that all other property owners not in
attendance were properly notified. (Specifically tiae Boyaks and
Carleen Chance were not represented.)
Due to spring break issues, many of the property owners concerned will be
unavailable during the next two weeks. We believe that it is important that
we all have input into a positive resolution for this development. Because of
this we ask for a continuance of this proposal to be rescheduled for a hearing
on Apri16, 2004 or later.
