Subdivision Phase 1, located at 1100 W. Riodosa Drive (Parcel No. R4882810600). Revolution Ridge
Phase I property (approximately 14.24 acres) will subdivide the property into 45 single-family
residential lots at a density of 3.2 units per acre with 4 common lots.
• Revolution Ridge Subdivision Phase I is in compliance with the preliminary plat PP -13-040 and

To Whom It May Concern,
The Geotechnical Engineering Report prepared by Bob Arnold dated August 28th, 2013 for the
project indicates that groundwater was not encountered at an excavation depth of +/- 12 feet and
that well logs available on the Idaho Department of Water Resources Website indicate that
groundwater on the subject property is between 85 and 105 feet below the existing ground
surface.
Based on this information, we concluded that the proposed street center line for this project has a
three foot or greater separation to seasonal high groundwater.
