The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced time extension request for
the Browning Plaza Subdivision north of Interstate 84. ITD has the following comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the requested time extension and requires no mitigation. The
site does not require access to the State Highway System.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on Time Extension.
However please be advised that a Land Use Change Application will be required once this
project moves forward.
The District's Tem Mile Drain is on the east boundary of this project. The minimum easement
for the Ten Mile Drain within this area is one hundred. feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of
centerline.
