Re: PP-14-OOS Center Community Subdivision
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the preliminary plat application for the
Center Community Subdivision on Tree Farm Way north of US 20-26. ITD has the following
comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the requested applications. The project does not generate any
more trips than anticipated under the Comprehensive Plan and this site does not require
access to the State Highway System.
If you have any questions, you may contact Ms. Shona Tonkin at 334.8341 or me at 334-8377.
Sincerely,
Dave Szplett
