This project shall be reviewed by the Idaho Department of Water Resources concerning well construction and water availability. '8. After written approval from appropriate entities are submitted, we can approve this proposal for: ^ 11. ITD has the following comments: 1) ITD has no objection to the requested applications. The project does not generate any more trips than anticipated under the Comprehensive Plan and this site does not require access to the State Highway System.
