Browning Plaza Subdivision includes 38.21 acres and was originally approved far 40 commerciaUoffice/retail lots with 2 common lots. The original approval. date on the application was Qctober 7, 2008 and the development has received several previous time extensions, the most recent expiring on Apri17, 2014. Tlsis recognition was evident last month, as the Meridian Development Corporation (MDC) approved a time extension far the owner participation agreement that was part of the original approval.
