Lot 16 was subsequently modified through the recordation of a property boundary. adjustment, so one of these easements is now no longer centered on the lot's property line. The existing easements Being vacated are contained wholly within property owned by Mr. Eddy. These easements were created with the recordation of the original Jaylcer Subdivision plat.
