The site is 1.96 acres in size and located at the southwest corner of W. Cherry Lane and N. Summertree Way, 4275 W. Cherry Lane, Meridian, Idaho, We are proposing to develop 10 single family lots, 2 common landscape lots, 2 common access lots. The property is currently zoned R-4. The gross density for the project is 5.1 dwelling units per acre. Uses and zoning surrounding the site are Cherry Wood Village Sub. (single family to the north zoned R-4). Access to the site is via Summertree Way. All utilities are available to the site. All streets are proposed to public streets. The requested rezone to R-8 is compatible with the surrounding land uses and zones, and in compliance with the City Comprehensive Plan. Easement Vacation We are requesting the vacation of the existing sanitary sewer drain field recorded in the Hearthstone Subdivision as described in Note 6 of the Plat (Lot 2, Block 1 contains an easement for a sanitary sewer drain field which serves Lot 1). Written confirmation from the owner of Lot 1, Block 1, Hearthstone Subdivision will be provided prior to Final Platting. In exchange for the vacation, we will connect the existing house located on Lot 1, Block 1 to City sewer and water services. Once confirmation of sewer and water services being connect, vacation of the drain field will be approved by Central District Health.
