Re: MDA-14-003 Kennedy Commercial Center
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced development agreement for
the Kennedy Commercial Center on Overland Road at Stoddard Road. ITD has the following
comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the requested application. The issues in a development
agreement are outside of ITD's management responsibilities.
2) The applicants and the City are reminded direct access to the Interstate Highway is
prohibited.
3) The applicants are reminded that ITD has policies concerning outdoor advertising
abutting the highway system. The applicants are encouraged to contact Ms. Lana
Servatius at ITD District 3 (208.334.8343) for design details.
