Broadway Meridian, ID 83642 Re; Solterra Final Plat Hearing Date: March 18, 2014 File: FP 14-008 City Counci] Members: These comments are directed to the Solterra Final Plat application and request for approval. The City Staff Report imposes the following condition for Solterra: d. With the submittal of the final plat application, the applicant shall depict the cross access casement on the face of the plat or record a separate document and reference the recorded document number on the face of the plat that identifies a cross access agreement between the church lot and the three commercial lots (Lots 35-38, Block 4) and the commercial property to the east (Parcel #S1105449105). The family's representative, Michael Ballantyne, reportedly spoke today to Tim Conger of Conger Management Group (the applicant). Tt is my understanding that Mr. Conger intends to add the easement to the plat prior to final signoff by all applicable agencies. However, to ensure the family's interests aze protected, and given that the Final Plat as attached to the Solterra application does not show the easement, the~Kleiner Trusts object to the Final Plat in its current form.
