Revised Drawings
The subject applications were continued to the 316-04 Gity Counal meeting io allow
staff the opportunity to review and comment on the revised Site/Landscepe Plan and
fuel island canopy elevations. The Site Plan revision and elevation drawings were
required by the P8Z Commission prior to the City Counctl public hearing. Staff
reviewed these documerds and we offer the inllowing ce-nmerds
1. The revised SitelLandscape Plan (Sheet L-1, by Jensen Belts) is dated 318/04.
Any motion for approval of the CUP should refer ~ this revised plan.
2. The new fuel island cnnopy elevations sheet (by LAB Architect) is dated
October. 2003. Any motion for approval of the CUP should include ti~is revised
sheet in Condition #B of the P8Z Commission Re~mmendation.
3. The revised SitelLandscape Plan reflects most oP the modifications required of
the P8Z Commission. The plan does not reflect:
a) a detadied sidewalk on Ustidt Road (Preliminary Plat condton #2)
b) right-of-way landscape improvements adjacent to Ustick Road
(Preliminary Plat condition #S.b.);
c) parallel parking stall change (CUP condition #7, page 2)
These modfications can be made during tine Final Plat and/or CZC
approval process and remain in effect unless otherwise modified by City
Council.
