Revised Drawings
The subject applications were continued to the 3-16-04 City Councl meeting tp allow
staff the opportunity 1o review and comment an the revised Site/Landscape Plan and
fuel islarxi canopy elevations. The Site Plan revision and elevation drawings were
required by the P&Z Commission prior to the City Council public hearing. Staff
reviewed these documents and we offer the folkwving wmmerrts
The revised Site/Landscape Plan (Sheet L-1, by Jensen Belts) is dated 3/8/04.
Any motion for approval of the CUP should refer th this revised plan.
2. The new fuel islarxl canopy elevations sheet (by LAB Architect) is dated
October, 2003. Any motion for approval of the CUP should indude this revised
sheet in Condition #6 of the P&Z Commission Recrommendation.
3. The revised Site/Landscape Plan reflects most of the modifications required of
the P&Z Commission. The plan does not reflect:
a) a detached sidewalk on Ustidc Road (Preliminary Plat condition #2)
b) right of--way landscape improvements adjacent to Ustick Road
(Preliminary Plat condition #8.b.);
c) parallel parking stall change (CUP crondifion #7, page 2)
These mod'fiications can be made during the Final Plat and/or CZC
approval process and remain in effect unless otherwise modifred by City
Council.
