Re: MDA-13-025 for Center Point Square
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the proposed change in the development
agreement for the center Point Square project near North Eagle Road. ITD has the following
comments:
1) ITD has no objection to this application and requires no mitigation.
2) Current ITD policy does not allow direct lot access to SH-55. No access to SH-55
(Eagle Road) is reviewed or approved with this application.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application as it lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Settlers Irrigation at
344-24.71 or at PO Box 7571, Boise, ID 83707.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.

Re: TEC 14-002 Blue Marlin Investments SH-55 north of Ustick Road
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced time extension request for
the Blue Marlin Investments project on the west side of SH-55 north of Ustick Road. ITD has
the following comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the requested time extension. Any change in the preliminary plat
will require a new level of analysis by the Idaho Transportation Department.
