H. 1. The applicant shall provide a 25' wide landscape buffer along the Ten
Mile Road frontage as required by MCC. However, pertaining to the area of
the existing home, the existing home shall be accessed from the interior of the
subdivision, and the applicant shall provide a 25' landscape buffer around the
to comply with MCC.
To comply with the above condition the final plat as been drawn showing a 25' wide landscape
buffer along Ten Mile Road. The applicant request the flexibility to have the home removed
before the plat is signed or the option to bond for the removing of the existing home prior to
signature of the final plat.
