This is a formal request for deferral of the Treasure Valley Investments annexation application
scheduled for public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on February 20th .The
applicant requires additional time to meet with staff and discuss some critical issues. We respectfully
request deferral of this item to the March 20th Planning and Zoning Commission agenda.
